The Main Events around Orlando

Around this time of year, Orlando starts to have many amazing ongoing events. Mostly theme parks host these events and a lot of them deal with Halloween. However, there is another big annual event called Magical Dining, Magical Dining is the best way to experience the wide variety of Orlando's culinary scene. There are over 100 participating restaurants offering price fixed dinners for $35. This includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Halloween Horror Nights

This is the 27th annual Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Orlando. Every year, They change the entire look of Universal Studios making it look spooky and scary. They created scary houses based on famous horror franchises. This year the scary houses are The Shining, American Horror Story, Walking Dead, and more. In addition, to the scary houses, there are scare zones which are areas with costumed people walking around trying to scare you. Don't worry though, they aren't allowed to touch you so everything is safe! Halloween Horror Nights last until November 4th. Howl-O-Scream

Howl-O-Scream is Busch Gardens' Halloween event. Similar to Universal they change the look of the park to look spooky. There are seven haunted houses, Undead Arena, Demented Dimensions, Death Water Bayou and more. Along with the houses, there are also scary zones guaranteed to scare the pants off you. If being scared isn't your thing, they also have a lot of rides and shows open. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is perfect for those who don't like to be scared but still love Halloween. This is the Halloween event perfect for families, children are even allowed to come dressed up(look at the costume guidelines prior to arriving to avoid any issues). Disney puts together special shows and the Boo-to-You Halloween Parade all for an immersive Halloween experience. There is even trick-or-treating for the children. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will end on November 1st so don't wait. For more information check out their website.

SeaWorld's Spooktacular

SeaWorld's Spooktacular is another perfect Halloween event for families. There is trick-or-treating along with a special Sesame Street Countdown to Halloween show complete with all your favorites like Elmo and the Count. All children are encouraged to dress up if they want.(look online for guidelines and rules) Unlike the other events, this one takes place during the day, not night. Spooktacular starts September 23rd and will end October 29th. Be sure to check this one out. More information available on the website.
