Tips and secrets of Magic Kingdom
The Magic Kingdom opened its doors on October 1st, 1971. Since it's opening there has been many secrets and references to Disney properties as well as adding much more over the years. One of the best-kept secrets is the free card game where visitors get cards representing Merlin's spells to be used to defeat classic Disney villains. Just stop at the Firehouse on Main Street to get everything you need to start!

A Pirate's secrets
With the popularity of the Pirates of the Caribbean films and the ride that preceded it, you would be safe to assume that this area is loaded with secrets. For example, the footprints that are seen throughout the park change to one boot and one peg leg tracks. In addition, while waiting to get on the ride visitors will see two skeletons playing chess. On closer inspection, visitors will find out that the skeletons died playing chess stuck in a stalemate. Lastly, of course, there is Jack Sparrow hidden throughout the ride can you spot him?

Hidden in plain sight
There is a lot of attention to detail at Disney World. For example, no guest should ever have to walk more than 30 steps to find a trash can. In addition, have you ever noticed the brown "river" in Liberty Square? this "river" is supposed to represent the household waste runoff which was common in colonial America before plumbing. The Market House on Main Street has a phone mounted on the wall. If a visitor picks up the phone they will be able to hear an old-timey conversation between mother and daughter. There are many more secrets to be found throughout Magic Kingdom. Explore this wonderous place for yourself!
